LA DIRECTION ARTISTIQUE
Lucylmar aspirations, artistic and technical executions, have headed her to an international recognition as an outstanding designer and a sharp conceptual artist. Her creations are stimulated by various motives: wild nature, the human body, mechanics and robotics, among others. Sometimes separately, sometimes closely and delicately intertwined in mass, volume, shape, movement and rhythm. All of these aspects integrate conception, functionality and aesthetics. Thought, technology, reason, senses, research and experimentation embody simultaneously her primary tools. Therefore, her work is one elaborated with coherence. No room for improvisation. Lucylmar dedicates long hours to the conceptualization of lines and shapes needed to achieve the right composition.
